Biggest lesson Chiropractic has taught you?
The many benefits one can experience and the optimal life you can live with a better functioning nervous system.
On my days off I enjoy taking photos while hiking, craft brewery hopping, and catching up on my favourite shows.
Some form of eggs with avocado or tomatoes.
I like to blend kale or spinach with whatever fruit I have, half an avocado and chia seeds, hemp hearts with water or unsweetened almond milk.
What is your morning routine?
I work quite early and live in Surrey so I will give myself just enough time to shower, dress and run out the door.

Three staples always in my pantry:
I usually have popcorn, avocados and coffee.
At least once a week I cook:
I love pasta so I will cook a good sauce and pair it with spaghetti squash to be somewhat healthy!
