Go-to juice or smoothie:
I like to blend kale or spinach with whatever fruit I have, half an avocado and chia seeds, hemp hearts with water or unsweetened almond milk.
What is your morning routine?

Collagen and Vitamin D3.
Three staples always in my pantry:
I usually have popcorn, avocados and coffee.
At least once a week I cook:
I love pasta so I will cook a good sauce and pair it with spaghetti squash to be somewhat healthy!
