We see a lot of teen athletes specifically, kids who need their bodies to hold up under real training load, and that’s exactly the kind of nervous system capacity we’re trying to build.

A lot of parents come to us because their child isn’t sleeping well, seems wound up and can’t settle, or has a hard time focusing. We look at this through the nervous system rather than a diagnosis. The goal is to increase the body’s capacity to handle stress, which matters more than eliminating every stress a kid faces. When that sympathetic and parasympathetic balance is off, tuned too tight like a guitar string pulled past its pitch, you tend to see it show up as sleep trouble, difficulty settling, or trouble focusing. What a First Visit Looks Like for Your Child

We start with a conversation, not a clipboard full of forms you fill out alone. I want to hear what’s actually going on with your kid, in your words. From there we do a scan using the equipment in our facility to get a clear picture of how the nervous system is functioning, no guessing involved. The adjustment itself uses Torque Release Technique with the Integrator, a small handheld instrument set to a specific, very gentle pressure. For kids, especially infants, that pressure is about what you’d use to check whether an avocado or a tomato is ripe. Babies often stay right in a parent’s arms the whole time. You’re in the room for all of it, and you’ll always know what we’re doing and why before we do it.
