Best part of your job?

The best part of working at Jassal Chiropractic is spending quality time with the pediatrics and their families. While the parents are being adjusted by Dr Jassal, I get to play and read stories with them! It is a great way to begin my weekend!

Biggest lesson Chiropractic has taught you?

The importance of our central nervous system and how interconnected it is to our overall well-being.

Day off pastime:

Spending time at the beach, listening to beach waves and incorporating a workout.

Daily breakfast:

Avocado Toast with an organic hard-boiled egg and side of fruit.

Go-to juice or smoothie:

I love the berry banana protein smoothie from Body Energy Club!

What is your morning routine?

I drink a glass of warm Manuka honey water and do 15-minutes of yoga.

Daily supplements:

Q10, B complex, omega-3 capsule, and collagen powder.

Three staples always in my pantry:

Quinoa, bean, and Manuka honey.

At least once a week I cook:

Stir-fry Tofu with minced ground turkey.

Top 3 restaurants you love in Vancouver?

Heirloom Vegetarian, The Acorn restaurant, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Can’t live without:

My family and friends!

Fave workout:

Pilates, swimming, running, hiking, and any outdoor activities.

Strange wellness habit:

I blend walnut and black sesame with almond milk everyday to drink.

One piece of advice you would give to your younger self:

Be confident and surround yourself with infectious energy.

Drake at Rogers Arena.
